Do you deliver and rig the wall, or just rent the panels?
Turnkey. Round-trip transport from Orlando, fly or ground-stack rigging, processor setup, and two on-site lead engineers for show days. The price you see includes labor and logistics for shows inside our 100-mile dispatch radius.
What if a panel fails mid-show?
Every order ships with redundant panels and A8S receiving cards. Our engineer is on-site through the show. Hot-swap takes about 90 seconds and the wall keeps running.
Can I rent for one day?
Yes. Single-day shows are our most common rental. Multi-day cumulative multipliers: Day 2 = 1.5×, Day 3 = 1.75×, full week = 2.5× flat.
How big a wall can you build?
Up to 144 P2.6 panels in a single wall — that's 26 × 15 ft (3072 × 1728 px) at our largest 16:9 config. We also rent long-thin banners up to 18 panels wide. Bigger? We sub-rent overflow with vetted partners.
What's the deposit?
Standard is 50% to lock the dates, balance due day-of-show. Repeat clients usually run on net-30.
Do you travel outside Orlando?
100-mile radius is our prime dispatch — Tampa, Lakeland, Daytona, Melbourne, Ocala all included. Outside that we charge $1.50–$2.50/mi plus per-diem. We've shipped as far as Charlotte for our install clients.
Can I book a configurator quote without talking to anyone?
Yes. Build your wall in our /rentals/configurator, hit submit, you'll have an emailed quote inside 4 hours during business days. No sales call required unless you want one.
Are these the same panels you install permanently?
Yes and no. They are manufactured by the exact same elite factory partners and utilize the same Novastar processing architecture. However, our rental fleet is specifically engineered with ruggedized chassis and locking mechanisms for rapid deployment and road durability. They are maintained and bench-tested in our Orlando shop before every show.
